Meditation Center (IIMC) in

Redmond, Oregon

The International Insight Meditation Center (IIMC) is a non-sectarian Buddhist meditation center dedicated to the study and practice of the Buddha’s teachings. Established in 2015, the center provides a space for both monastics and lay practitioners to engage in meditation, Dhamma study, and community practice. IIMC offers monthly in-person practice sessions at the Redmond temple as well as regular online meditation gatherings. The Saturday online group provides insightful Dhamma talks and in-depth study of the Buddha’s teachings as found in the Suttas. Whether new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, all are welcome to practice online or in person. The center’s mission is to make the profound simplicity of meditation accessible to all.
