practicing, this is an opportunity to learn meditation,
explore what the Buddha taught, and discover how we
can apply these teachings in our lives to understand
and reduce stress and anxiety.
Participants are welcome to join one or both sessions.
Each session includes an introduction to Buddhist
meditation, meditation practice, discussion, and Q&A.
